Neck lymph node removal
Some head and neck cancers spread to the lymph nodes. I perform surgery adapted to the extent of the disease, protecting the structures of the neck as much as possible.
Cervical lymph node biopsy
When a node is inflamed or persistent, a biopsy gives a clear diagnosis so we can act in time.
Removal of neck cysts and masses
I treat congenital lesions such as thyroglossal or branchial cysts which, although usually benign, can grow or become infected. Their removal improves function and aesthetics and prevents complications.
Parotidectomy with facial neuromonitoring
For a benign or malignant tumor of the parotid gland, I remove it using neuromonitoring to protect the facial nerves and reduce the risk of paralysis.
Submandibular gland surgery
For tumors or chronic infections of this gland, removal may be necessary to resolve symptoms and prevent new episodes.
Glossectomy, mandibulectomy & maxillectomy
